3. Seed soaking: Dilute to 0.01-0.03%, and adjust pH to 7.2-7.5. The soaking time varies from 12 to 24 hours, depending on the thickness of the seed epidermis, the moisture absorption capacity of the seed, and the ambient temperature. The ideal temperature for seed soaking is about 20°C.
