What is Potassium dihydrogen phosphate?

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is a chemical with the chemical formula KH2PO4. It's deliquescent. When heated to 400ºC, it melts and becomes a transparent liquid. After cooling, it solidifies into an opaque glassy potassium metaphosphate.
